  • Diagnostic tool data: information about your business, leadership, communication, and performance entered into our diagnostic tools

5. Diagnostic Data

When you use one of our diagnostic tools, we collect your name, email address, and information about your business that you enter into the assessment. This may include descriptive or numeric data about leadership, communication, operations, finances, and organizational performance.

On completion, your results are displayed on screen and you may save or print them. A copy of your responses and the resulting analysis is sent to Willard Barth Enterprises for review and possible follow-up. Diagnostic data may also be stored in our client relationship management system, which is operated by Data Pro Marketing.

We retain diagnostic reports for advisory and consulting purposes. Diagnostic data is not sold, and is not used for AI training unless fully anonymized.

By using a diagnostic tool, you consent to this processing and acknowledge that the insights generated are automated and provided for informational purposes only.

6. Shared Processing with Data Pro Marketing

The diagnostic tools are operated jointly by Willard Barth Enterprises and Data Pro Marketing. Both entities act as joint controllers for diagnostic data and adhere to the data protection commitments described in their respective privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain client data for as long as necessary to fulfill service commitments, legal obligations, or client support. Diagnostic reports and session notes may be securely stored for up to two years unless otherwise requested by the client.

8. Your Rights

If you are a resident of California, the EU, or the UK, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent
  • Request data portability
